Ultherapy isn’t a facelift but it is one of the most advanced non-surgical skin tightening treatments available. Ultherapy uses advanced ultrasound technology and imaging to allow the technician to precisely view and heat the skin to a level of cellular regeneration and collagen stimulation. Ulthera treats the tissue on a deeper level. The treatment usually takes 45 to 90 minutes depending on the area treated and is non invasive. Sometimes the area is numbed with a local anesthetic prior to treatment. Immediately after treatment patients may experience swelling and while rare, bruising form numbing injections. Some tightening may visible immediately but collagen continues to regenerate up to 6 months after treatment so results are gradual. Longevity of results are individualized based on one’s own aging process but results are often long lasting.

ThermiRF
ThermiRF treatments use advanced radiofrequency to precisely heat the dermal or subdermal layer of skin to a temperature of collagen regeneration. The heating is controlled and monitored during treatment allowing the technician to target specific areas at target temperatures. ThermiRF technology can be performed minimally invasive with a cannula to deliver the heat to a deeper level and also non-invasively in a series of treatments. Fractora
Fractora also uses advanced radiofrequency technology. Fractora creates small areas of affected skin that extend from the epidermis through the dermis provoking the bodies healing and regenerative powers. Fractora works on a deeper level to improve wrinkles, stretchmarks, scars, and tighten the skin. The ablated skin heals quickly with Fractora and offers less downtime than standard laser resurfacing. Fractora is typically performed in a series of 3 treatments. Fractora is an excellent option for texture improvement and tissue tightening of the face, neck, decollete, and more.
BodyFX
BodyFX uses a combination of radiofrequency, suction coupled negative pressure, and deep tissue heating. Energy is distributed to the skin causing the tissue and fat to contract and heat. The BodyFX not only tightens skin it also contours, permanently reduces fat, and improves the appearance of cellulite. The treatment is completely noninvasive with no downtime and is performed in a series of 6-8 treatments. BodyFX is only indicated for the body not the face.
